1.-Overview

The "Migrant Protection and Dignity Initiative (MPDI)" is an initiative dedicated to ensuring the protection, welfare and dignity of migrants during detention and deportation, with a focus on Mexico and mainly within the borders of the United States. The primary goal is to ensure fair treatment, access to nutritious food, and protection of all rights and dignity of immigrants in places of detention

2.-Funding

MPDI will seek funding from a variety of sources: Government Assistance: Seek assistance from Mexico and the US. governments to allocate resources to implement detention and deportation policies. International organizations: Cooperate with international organizations such as the United Nations and the International Organization for Migration to raise funds and expertise. Private Philanthropy: Engage charitable organizations and individuals committed to human rights and immigrant welfare. Corporate Partnerships: Partnerships with socially responsible corporations interested in supporting businesses focused on immigrant well-being.

3.-Project components

Immigrant Rights and Dignity: Ensure that immigrants are treated with dignity, respect and fairness throughout detention and deportation. Clear guidelines for the practice of humanitarian medicine. Healthy food: Have a balanced and healthy diet, taking into consideration the food and cultural preferences of foreigners. Legal assistance: Providing legal assistance to immigrants by ensuring they are aware of their rights, and assisting them with their legal proceedings. Health and Sanitation: Ensure access to health and sanitation facilities to promote the welfare of immigrants, especially during detention. Education and Integration: Provide educational programs to enhance migrants’ skills and knowledge, thereby improving their chances of successful integration in their homeland or host countries.

4.-How to use the globalization?

The "Migrant Protection and Dignity Initiative (MPDI)" will promote international cooperation through partnerships with international organizations and advocacy groups to build networks sharing best practices and mobilizing support for migrant rights. In addition, this initiative will use digital resources to connect with global donors, organizations and legal experts, and facilitate access to remote support and resources. MPDI will encourage cross-border cooperation between Mexico and the United States to establish standards for detention and deportation consistent with international human rights principles. To maximize global impact, the initiative will use social media and digital platforms to conduct global awareness campaigns, engaging supporters around the world in promoting the rights and dignity of immigrants.

The "Migrant Protection and Dignity Initiative (MPDI)" aims to ensure that its principles and practices are accessible and adaptable to third world countries This will be achieved through clear and simple guidelines and procedures it can easily be tracked by police and staff in prison , which will lead to transparency. Local participation in the provision of support and resources to migrants will be encouraged, creating a sense of responsibility and solidarity. MPDI will use local resources and volunteer efforts to supplement its activities, reducing overall costs. Education and training programs will be provided to authorities and staff to ensure that the principles of humane treatment and respect for migrants’ rights are understood and observed. The primary purpose of this policy is to advance the cause of protecting the rights and dignity of immigrants in Mexico and the United States. By practicing globalization across borders and beyond and by promoting global solidarity and awareness.
